Too much emphasis on up selling what you don't need. I just need my vehicle to work properly and be safe. Not sold service I don't really need; I believe firmly in needs based selling, not trying to make a quick buck from hardworking people. I'm considering changing service to elsewhere.
I came in for one thing and an inspection and of course they found something else wrong with car and denied my inspection uuughhh
I had the worst experience with this Dealership. I never reported an oil leak on my brand new car the Dealer did! I then was told I need to drive the car 500 miles and bring it back. Long story short there was an oil leak and they couldn’t find it and I reported the need to have a car! No working person can afford to not have a vehicle. Very pleased with the service.Liked that the worker took video and sent me the problem with the flexpipe.
They make everything easy, very friendly and efficient, i would highly reccomend getting your vehicle serviced there.
Dealership employs excellent sales people and the service desk is very courteous. Plus the dealership is very convenient (only 5 miles from my home).

Been multiple times but, this time wasn’t great. One window was left completely untouched and another very smudgy. Will still come again just with a little more apprehension about final results

IV been a loyal customer for a long time, always great service, the last 2 visits has been beyond horrible, from no return calls and lies. It's really sad to see no professional ism from this dealership. I will be making a formal complaint to cooperate office. The service manager Dave really should take more schooling on his position.

Bought a truck received with a noise in the turbo and they won’t change or even diagnose ot unless the engine light is on they tell me it’s covered under warranty but fails to call me about the issue never should of sold it with a noise in turbo

This was my first service with Sawyer Chevrolet and I was very impressed with the service. It was easy to make the appointment. The service was completed quickly. Mike Capasse is very knowledgeable, super polite and answered any questions that I had. The Receptionist in the showroom also showed me where the waiting room was and help me with a beverage.

The scheduling was easy, the wait time was acceptable, the quality of work was good, and the price was reasonable considering the work performed.
The dealership is clean, well organized and inviting in the way that a professional building can be categorized as inviting. There was no pushy salesmanship, they let the product speak for itself and Paul was courteous and knowledgeable. I could not rate Mark and John any higher than I did because our interactions were minimal.
