i was broke down on the road and my car was towed to sawyer chevy. Mike took care of my car and he find an issue whit my coolant system, a failled thermostat, my car was fixed the next week and i brought my buick to Canada whit no other issue Thanks a lot for the service.

Mike and Kim are awesome. I really appreciate the explanations concerning repairs made and I find that I appreciate "Hank the Tank" my Buick Lucerne almost as much as they do!! Had an alignment issue with my car. They investigated found no damage thus making the adjustment fairly painless. The tech. Explained the repair and the measurements before and after. For many, many years my husband and I have owned Chevy vehicles. So, since our Silverado is now 12 years old, we decided that we should get another car just in case something happens to the truck. We went to Sawyer Chevy down in Catskill, NY and walked around looking at the different types of SUV's and we decided that the Equinox would be the right size second vehicle for us. So, we went inside and spoke to Mark Brandow and Barry Lang and they both helped us with financing information, servicing for a new vehicle, and a whole lot of other information. Then we decided on a color, and we took the vehicle for a test drive. We loved it! We went back inside and finalized the paperwork and made arrangements to pick up the new car the next day. The next day, all the final paperwork was done, downpayment made, all insurance, registration with the state, etc. was all finalized and we got in and drove it home. The staff at Sawyer Chevrolet is excellent at what they do, and they can answer any questions we might have. We definitely recommend Sawyer Chevrolet.

Mike was super helpful. He broke down the problems in an easy to understand manner along with how much everything would cost before I gave the ok for them to do the work needed on my car. Got it back a week later compared to the last place I got work done at, it took them a whole month. So yeah. It's nice not having to wait that long to get my car back.

Awesome service team, through and through! I didn't purchase a vehicle here, but I do have a Chevrolet that needed immediate assistance with passing State inspection and replacing two of my vehicle's tires! The place I had originally went to fell through on their promise to install my tires, so I was in a desperate place, considering I had an inspection deadline that was just four days away! Failing to have had my vehicle pass inspection would've resulted in my license's suspension! So it was a very stressful moment for me, to say the least! But I called Sawyer Chevrolet of Catskill's Service Center earlier today (it was about 11 AM) and they were able to get me in right away at 1 PM! I was able to come in, and not only did they replace my two front wheels when the place I had originally purchased the tires from that were supposed to install them fell through, but, they also inspected my vehicle right then and there and fixed up my wheel alignment as well! And it didn't take too long either! For the wheel alignment, inspection, and tire replacement, it only took two hours and 40 minutes total, give or take a few minutes! So it was a super fast service, by comparison! And it didn't break the bank to get it done here, either! For everything it only cost me about $210! Other places would charge $300+, so that was a most welcome surprise! Anyways, the person that oversaw everything for me was called Mike Capasse, a very friendly guy! He set everything up for me right from the moment when I arrived and answered ALL my questions! I appreciate very much all that he did for me! And for my Technician Josh as well! He did excellently and worked fast/diligently to boot! For sure, the next time I need service on my vehicle again, or new tires installed, or to pass inspection again, I will absolutely be coming here FIRST, before anywhere else! I appreciate the friendly behavior of everyone and Mike taking my concerns very seriously! I had never been here before, but I know for a fact this won't be my last time going there, for sure! I look very much forward to working with Mike, Josh, and the rest of the time in the future once again, but hopefully, only when inspection time rolls around again! Take care, to all of you! Be well!
