Helped me select the perfect car for my family (2019 Chevy Malibu in a beautiful cherry red) provided excellent customer service and understanding as I am a first time car buyer, made an excellent financing plan perfectly within my budget and provided amazing servicing and detailing prior to initial pickup. Changed the oil and rotated my tires perfectly as well, would definitely purchase another vehicle from this dealer. xxxxxxto Tim for all of the help.

Went in as my key fab was not working , when the very
Went in as my key fab was not working , when the very friendly front desk last replaced my batteries I let her know that that the tire pressure on my phone app was reading low. At that time she very pleasantly directed me to the service department, I at that point let the gentleman know what was going on, he let me know that he would be with me shortly, a young woman very rudely interrupted and spoke out and said” before anyone does anything you will first take care of the batteries that were just put in your car”. I responded with, I’m sorry I think your thinking of another customer, she responded back, with no, I’m talking to you, you need to pay for the batteries you just got( again, very rude). I said no, I don’t think so, I just bought my car about a week ago. She muttered something under her breath, and at that point they took my key and said they would be with me shortly. They did look at my tires and added air to them, when my car was done , again she handed me my keys in a sarcastic manner joking the keys out with just two fingers and sarcastically told me to have a nice day. Very unpleasant and unprofessional! My experience with all the other team members was extremely impressionable and very welcoming!

We have dealt with this dealership in the past. We have always been treated with the best respect. We have had John Campisi for a sales person who is terrific. He was very knowledgeable on everything we wanted to know about the vehicle we purchased. Very satisfied with the car and all the people we dealt with.
