Not a lot of ability to bargain or discuss options! Did not feel respected as a buyer as an older single woman. Purchasing my leased vehicle was a non conversation each time I initiated it. I know the vehicle I turned in was extremely low miles and in great condition. Instead of wasting $ on a lease down payment, only to find the lease was reduced by 9 months I am mad at myself for not pursuing the purchase option. I am regretting this experience and will not lease another vehicle from Sawyer. I will purchase a used vehicle from a former dealer.

I've been bringing my Truck to Sawyers for several years now and I can't tell you how good it's been since doing so. Professional mechanics doing what needs to be done to my Truck and never a problem, The Service dept. with Mike, Brianna & Brittany is the best and i've been to a few, Your greeted with a smile and kindness, they know what they are talking about and explain everything in a way that even i can understand,(i'm no mechanic)! Dave Adsit is Top Shelf too. I have to say that these people have gone above & beyond, they bring back to my home while working on my Truck so my dog isn't home alone for any long period of time. You just can't beat this team!!
