Knowledgeable of options and trim packages. Easy to talk to. No pressure sale tactics. The truck should sell itself and the sales consultant should make the process of the sale as streamlined as possible and Tim does this with ease.

Lack of communication. Did not fix or couldn’t find what was wrong with my truck. Did oil change, and did not change filter even though it needed to be changed. They never put the glove box door back on left it on the floor of my truck. Not as good as they used to be.

Parts Department is, as always, very efficient. However, Sawyer has the saddest looking car/truck parking lot I’ve seen in a long time, amazingly the fastest and strongest factory built vehicle in the entire lot was my 2018 Supercharged Jeep Trackhawk!

They performed an inspection on my 2015 silverado, it failed due to scaling on the rotors and damaged the front brakes. Thank you for Not passing it, I transport my family in the truck and it needs to be safe. Most people may get annoyed at it, but not me. Very professional, and they re installed the new parts at a very reasonable price.

I felt pressured into buying an air filter that I couldn't afford, which I told them and they acted like they weren't going to release my car unless I did. My car only has 22,000 miles on it and the filters did not look that dirty to me and I'm still confused with what air filters have to do with an inspection.
Excellent service. Was very impressed with David Adsit. After returning home I received a call from David informing me that he didn't deduct my rewards from my bill. He cancelled my payment and had me come in the next day to pay the lower bill. Honesty goes a long way with me.
